Roslan, who holds a Master of Education and an LTTC Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, began working as a Flight Steward for Singapore Airlines (SIA) in 1989. He then worked as an English teacher at several language centres and as the Academic Principal at Vision International Academy. As a former cabin crew member for 11 years and language training centre principal, provides excellent training techniques for cabin staff wanting to be cabin crew professionals.

Karen Lewis is a ex-Malaysia Airlines' stewardess who began flying in 1986, training on a variety of aircraft, including the World Airways DC10. In 1998, she joined British Airways as Cabin Crew and Senior Cabin Crew, where she was responsible for team management, aircraft scheduling, and contact with the London headquarters. She also contributed to cabin crew recruitment as part of the interviewer panel. She has worked as an Inter-Excel trainer since 2009, specialising in interview preparation, public speaking, grooming, and deportment.

Sharon, a 14-year Malaysia Airlines flight attendant, began her career with a Diploma in Excel Secretarialship in 1991. She then enrolled at Malaysia Airlines Academy, where she earned a flight attendant certificate as well as cabin crew certification. In 2015, she was promoted to Leading Stewardess, where she managed subordinates and assisted with flight scheduling. Sharon has worked as an Inter-Excel trainer since 1999, specialising in grooming and deportment for prospective cabin crew students.
